Founder

RAGZ was founded by Ema Gomes, a designer with a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design and a profound appreciation for the arts. Ema's journey into sustainable fashion began with her studies in textile art at António Arroio's School in Lisbon, where she developed a deep understanding of the intricate world of fabrics and threads. She then took a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design at Faculty of Arquitecture in Lisbon.

Ema's passion for sustainable fashion led her to create RAGZ, a brand that upholds her commitment to zero waste in fashion. Her unique perspective, honed by her educational background, continues to shape every piece produced by RAGZ.

She personally does every step of the design and production herself. The dedication to sustainability ensures that nothing goes to waste; every scrap of fabric and thread is thoughtfully repurposed, a testament to a commitment to zero waste fashion.

Our Inspiration: Hip-Hop Culture

Ema draws her inspiration from the vibrant and influential world of Hip-Hop culture.
